FILMOGRAPHY

The Following Films have been made by Director JayaBharathy.

• Kudisai - 1979 -  The First Crowd Sourced Film in TamilNadu. Funds were raised from Friends, Family, College students. 'Ceylon' Manohar staged a seperate event to raise funds for this film. A Neo-Realistic film, shot with a Shoe String Budget of only Rs.88,000. A print of this film has been acquired for Preservation and Research at the 'National Film Archives' - Pune. 

• Oomai Janangal - 1982 -  Written and Directed Oomai Ganangal(The Dumb People).This film is a period film depicting bonded labour in a tea estate during the British Raj  
• Rendum Rendum Anju - 1984 - Written and Directed Rendum Rendum Anju(2+2=5) starring Sharath Babu,Ambiga,Nazar,Chandrashekar,Senthil,Venniradai Moorthy.Music by Gangai Amaran.This film is a Psycho-Thriller and a semi commercial film.
• Ucchi Veyil - 1991 - Written and Directed Uchi Veyil(Highnoon).This film was selected and screened in the Indian Panorama during India's International Film Festival and also in the Festival of Festival's-Totonto Canada

• Nanba - Nanba - 2002 - Written and Directed Nanba-Nanba(Friend..dear friend).This film won the President of India Award for best supporting actor award for actor Chandrashekar.
• Kurukshetram - 2006 - Written and Directed Kurukshatram,Global Concept-India Pakisthan problem and US stand off.The cast included Sathyaraj,Roja,Thalaivasal Vijai and Nizhalgal Ravi.
• Puthran - To Be Released.
